She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Shirley Young and Freeman Walker; her husband Edmond Harper Jr.; her sons, Bishop James E. Tatum Sr. (LaShanda) of Cincinnati, OH., Craig A. Tatum (Cynthia) of Columbus, OH. and De Angelo Tatum of Columbus, OH.; her sisters, Patricia Ghee, Lady Brenda Baldwin, Toya Watts, Garnett Ross and Cheryl Fields; and her niece Phyllis M. Gray. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
