Shelly was loved and cherished by many people including: parents, Grover Wilkins Jr and Diana Wilkins; husband Thomas Wolford; children, Shane Wilkins, Tiffany Stewart (Calvin Brum), Brittany Stewart (Dustin), Danuial Chafin and Darren Chafin; granddaughter Jasmine Wilkins; and brothers, Shawn Wilkins and Timmy Wilkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to help with funeral expenses.
