She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John C. Waggoner Sr.; her children, John C. Waggoner Jr. (Janet), Linda W. Roach (Dennis), Martha Shipman (Doyle) and Carol Rykowski (John); and her grandchildren, Emily, Mike, Brandon, Gretchen, Phillip, Cortney, Andy, Katie, Alex and Molly. She was also cherished by 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
