He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Phillips and Lucille Phillips (Wallace); and his sister Phyllis Janet Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Janet Peitsmeyer (Terry) and Samantha McKeown (Bradley); his grandchildren, Spencer Woda, Quincey Woda and Brittany Altamirana (Willian); his great grandchild Hunter Altamirana; and his siblings, Barry Phillips (Connie) and Linda Stover (Gregory). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
