He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Preseren and John Mauric. He is survived by: his children, Ashley and Zachary Mauric; his brother John (Kelli Mauric); and his sibling's children, J. T. (Tracy Mauric), Milena (David Brumbaugh), Peter, Matthew, Derek and Dominic Mauric.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Spirit of Nursing at Riverside Hospital in his memory.
