He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Fetherolf and Martha Fetherolf (Harlor); his son Keith Fetherolf; his stepdaughter Leslie Sue Lee Dean; his brother Bill Fetherolf; and his parents-in-law, Evelyn and Walter Glass.
He is survived by: his wife Jayne Fetherolf; his son Christopher Fetherolf; his stepsons, Thom Dean and Kevin Dean (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Michael Dean and April Patchell.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to a local animal shelter or Alzheimer's Association.
