He was predeceased by: his father Howard W. Stephens, Jr.; and his stepfather Allan E. Bartholic. He is survived by: his mother Sharon S. Bartholic (Kern); his wife Kimberleigh E. Stephens; his children, Joshua (Sara), Caitlyn, Zachary (Kristy), Noel, Logan, Madyson, Josiah, Elijah, Joel, Hadassah, Abigail, Caleb and Christopher Stephens; his grandchildren, Susan and Gage Stephens; his brothers, Terrance Tornabene and Michael Stephens (Adrianne); and his stepsisters, Theresa Baker (Jeff) and Robin Brodbeck-Bartholic.
Memorial donations in Storm's memory may be made to Cotner Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
