She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bayly and Mary Jo Bayly; and her siblings, John Bayly, Elaine Coss and Jean Collier.
She is survived by: her husband James Franklin; her sons, Robert (Kerry Ward), Mark (Kristin) and Steven (Kristi); her grandchildren, Nathan, Brandon, Andrew and Emma Franklin; her sisters, Mary Johnson (George), Margaret Petrosky (Philip) and Kathleen David (Denny); and her siblings-in-law, Becky Bayly Tanner, Thomas Coss and Robert Collier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
