She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Waters Sr. and Juanita Waters; her brothers, Rudulph Waters Jr., Randolph Waters and William Waters; and her granddaughter Alaija King-Fallins.
She is survived by: her husband Blaine Turner; her children, James Lee Scott Jr, Juanita Scott and Cassandra Tarver (Manning); her sisters, JoAnn Drake and Yvonne Davis (Jerome); and her close friends, Brenda Moon, Ruby Stevens, James Lyte and Rodney Martin. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
