She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Mullins and Hazel Mullins. She is survived by: her brother Ronald Mullins; her significant other Kenny Bowen; her children, Jeramie Frabott (Angie) and Ashley Mullins (Dakota); her stepsons, Matt Bricker (Amy) and Joey Bricker (Melissa); her grandchildren, Mariah, Kirsten, Devin, Dylan and Michael; her great grandchildren, Alaiah Jean and Alaina; her sister Brenda Thacker (Kenny); her siblings' children, Josh, Kelly, Norene, Shannon, Brian and Beloved; and her pet Cami.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to help with funeral expenses.
