With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teri Farley (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on October 29, 2019 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert "Bob" and Betty West. She is survived by: her children, Tammera (Sam), Tonya, Tracy, Terina, Todd, Timothy and Thomas; and her significant other Tony Thomas. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 7 sisters and 2 brothers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the funeral home to assist with her final expenses.
