He was predeceased by: his wife Veronica Hicks; and his parent Phyllis Hicks. He is survived by: his children, Allen Payne (Tracy) and Alleson Collins; his siblings, Linda Winters (Chris), Mark Hicks (Kristal) and Paul Zirkle; and his grandchildren, Lily and Oliver Payne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
