It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theresa Adamski of Columbus, Ohio, born in Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael Nappi and Beatrice Nappi (Varsetti); her husband Raymond E. Adamski; her siblings, Frank Nappi and Louise Prochazka; and her granddaughter Lisa Marie Hawn.

She is survived by : her children, Sorrow Church, Raymond (Cathy Adamski), Mark (Amy Adamski), Janet (Keith Hawn), Veronica (John Sowers), Cyndy (Robert Zee) and Juanita (John Mitchem). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A mass of christian burial will be held on Monday, April 12th 2021 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Roman Catholic Church (480 State St, Conneaut, OH 44030). A burial will be held on Monday, April 12th 2021 at 1:15 PM at the Kelloggsville Cemetery. Masks and social distancing will be required at the church and cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Theresa's memory can be made to Ohio Health Hospice, 800 McConnell Dr, Columbus, Ohio 43214 or to Corpus Christi Parish Memorial Fund, 744 Mill St, Conneaut, Ohio 44030 or to a nonprofit charity of your choice.
