He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Bennington and Dorothy Bennington (Guisinger); his siblings, Donald Jr. and Connie; and his brother-in-law Danny Green.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy [Mike] Woody, Ruth Green, Kenny (Linda), Doug (Karen), Joe (Dorothy), Greg Bennington and Gary Koch; and his aunts, Pat Massie and Patricia Biddle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
