He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Liggins and Eura Maxine Patterson Liggins. He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Moore Liggins; his children, Thomas Edward Liggins (Fran) of Savannah, GA, Theresa Elaine Liggins of Columbus, Ohio., Terri Eileen Liggins of Columbus, Ohio., Toni Eljean Woods (Wallace) of Columbus, Ohio. and Timothy Eugene Liggins of Columbus, Ohio.; the mother of his children Mary Liggins-Goodrich; his siblings, Edward of Leavenworth, KS, Damon of Clarksville, TN and Juanita of Charlotte, NC; his sister-in-law Mary Kay Moore; and his daughter Valencia Wicker. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
