He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas S. Rhinehart, Sr. and Jean Iris Bolin. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Masten (Ralph), Sherry Demint (James) and Jeff Adkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
