He was predeceased by: his parents, Lila Hatem and Habib Hatem; and his siblings, David Hatem and Polly Collins. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Amelia and Paul; and his siblings, Pat Hatem (Mary), Jeff Hatem (Patty), Joe Hatem, Chris Hatem (Jen) and Ann Hatem (John Keys). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, high school friends.
