He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his daughters, Brittney and Destiny; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Elena; his mother Mary Ann Wise; his parents-in-law, Mary Smith and David Smith (Lavonne); and his siblings, Mike (Anais), Terry Eyears (Lindsay), Timothy, Patrick (Elaine), Kate Cline and Zach. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
