With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Wright (Columbus, Ohio), born in Sardis, Mississippi, who passed away on June 8, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wright and Henrietta Lee Wright (Barksdale); and his siblings, Willie Ballentine (Thelma), James Monroe Wright, Annie Mae Palmer (Robert) and Henrietta Tools.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Lambert-Wright; his children, Jacqueline Howard, Christopher Wright, Sr. (Geria), Valencia Robertson (Marvin, Sr.) and Donzaleigh Hooks (James); his stepdaughters, Earlene Harris of Columbus, MS, Binica Harris of Jackson, MS, Claudia Harris, Chasity Lambert of Inglewood, CA and Simone Lambert of Columbus; and his sisters, Rosie Mae Gassion of Gary, IN. and Catherine Morris of Terre Haute, IN. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends; including his brothers.
