He is survived by: his sons, Chaz Caudill (Ashley) of Columbus, Nate Bollheimer (Danielle) of Sidney and Shane Wise of Sidney; his siblings, Vada Taborn (Shawn) of Richmond, IN., Gina Cunningham (Earl Hurley) of Greenfield, Allen Caudill (Deb) of Pasco and Dan Caudill (Heidi) of Piqua; his grandchildren, Isabella, Maddex Caudill, Bentley, Brayden and Braxton Bollheimer; and his close friend Rob Falke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
