He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Cook and Lucille Cook. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ellen Cook; his daughter Abigail Cook (Nate Scott); his granddaughter Scarlett Scott; his sister Susan Cook Ventresca; and his sibling's children, Damian Ventresca and Alessandra Ventresca.
