He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Burkey and Gene Burkey (McCullough). He is survived by: his children, Patrick (Sarah Turner), Stephen (Mandy), Kimberly (Steve Paishon) and David Burkey; his grandchildren, Kayden, Samantha and Cora Burkey; his siblings, Joe, Jeff (Cathy) and Sue Burkey; and his siblings' children, Karen, Don (Karen) and Christi. He is also survived by loving cousins and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vineyard Community Center, 6000 Cooper Rd., Westerville, OH 43081, in Tim's memory.
