He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Finley (Lackey); his grandparents, Shelva, Lola Lackey (May), Charles and Ersie Finley (Tackett); his son Jason Alexander Finley; and his pet Bear.
He is survived by: his father James Curtis Finley; and his siblings, Beth Finley and Scott Finley.
