He is survived by: his mother Margaret "Darlene" Stevens; his children, Tiffney Keaton (Tyler), Michael Rose (Jackie) and Shawn Stevens (Melleni); his grandchildren, Aiden, Andrew, Kaden, Addison and Elijah; his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Stevens, Paul Stevens, Maria Stevens (Mike) and Christina Franklin (Chuck); and his nieces and nephews, Bo, Molly, Justin, Trevor and Lane.
