It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Lee Lewis of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on May 29, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lewis and Jennie Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Tommy Lee Lewis, Tammy Walker and Sammy Lewis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
