He was predeceased by: his father Bill Tanner; his father-in-law Bill Milburn; and his pet Dexter. He is survived by: his significant other Carrie Milburn; his children, Jacob Tanner-Milburn (Yelika), Payton Tanner-Milburn and Kailynn Tanner-Milburn; his grandchildren, Jiana and Jayce Tanner; his mother Brenda Blythe; his mother-in-law Deanna Milburn; his siblings, William Blythe (Leslie), Jesse Blythe, Bill Milburn (Charmaine) and Dana Gunning (Charles); and his cousins, Anthony Smith, Stephen Smith and Stephanie Frazier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with extended family and close friends.
