He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Kohart. He is survived by: his father Frank Kohart; his wife Jan Kohart of Paulding; his children, Heather Rinderle (Dan) of Columbus, Ohio, Jon Kohart (Elizabeth) of Alpena, Mich. and Katie Kohart (Matt Gaborcik) of Columbus; his granddaughters, Madison, Aria and Scarlett; his stepmother Jean Kohart; and his siblings, Kris Dobbelaere (Bud) of Oakwood, Ken Kohart (Denise) of Payne and Charlene Scharf (Jerry) of Cloverdale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests that donations be made to the Paulding Area Humane Society or the American Heart Association.
