She is survived by: her parents, Anselmo Ballantine and Hattie Yvonne Ballantine; her siblings, Delvin Ballantine Sr. (Chanae), Sherise Smith (Andre), Cynthia Ballantine, Zelvin Ballantine (Erica) and Valencia White (Peaches); her aunts and uncles, Theresa Stovall, Nannie Williams, Dorothy Swails, Willie Leslie, Charles Leslie, Alger Glover and Christopher Ballantine; her cousins, Stacey Heyward, Latoya, Shamirra Williams, Natasha, Simone, Willie Jr. Perry, Edward Aziz, Jennifer Leslie, Timothy, Kimberly and Christen Smith; her godchildren, Kelly Levon, Keith Heyward, Nicholas Williams, Daniyyel Matthews, Kamora Nun-Amat, Solonia Nunn-Amat and Davion Scales; her siblings' children, Delvonna Ballantine, Lauryn Walker, Julisa Stepney, Zahria Ballantine, Danaia Smith, Mahogany Bryant, Victoria Dash, Delvin Ballantine, Jr., Bilal El-Amin, Andre Smith, Jr., Donovan Ballantine, Christopher Smith, Shamal Mayo, Jeremiah Mayo and Santino Peaks; and her close friends, Leslie Hightower and Tonya Levon. She is also survived by three grandnieces and one grandnephew.
