She was predeceased by: her daughter Dolores Motika; her parents, Heinrich Dietz and Dora Dietz (Germany); and her siblings, Harold Dietz (Germany), Christel Cornette (Germany) and Willi Dietz (Germany).
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Motika; her sons, Mike Motika (Dotti) and Tom Motika (Beth); her grandchildren, AJ Motika (Cathy Dinsmoor) and Kati Pyles (Andrew); and her great grandchild Scarlett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Guests are asked to wear masks and keep social distance.
