He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank DeRose and Ena DeRose; and his sister Juanita Hildreth (John). He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sibling's children, Christy Hildreth (Clifford Shorkey), Raymond Hildreth, Dean Ringer, Cynthia Bussey (Allen), Sandra Stahl (Dan), Debra Hankison (Steve) and Brenda Plassman (Greg); and his great-niece Kyla Ratliff.
Guests in attendance are required to wear masks and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Victor's memory may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Pataskala, Grove City Chapter #522 of the OES, or Worthington Christian Village.
