He is survived by: his parents, Mike Burns and Ladona Burns of Owensboro; his sister Ashley Lovell (Ben) of Jackson, Tennessee; his grandmother Marion Vincent of Owensboro; his uncle Duane Vincent of Owensboro; his aunt Kim Geoghegan (Kelly) of Bowling Green; his nephews, Henry and Hudson Lovell; and his cousins, Issac and Ian Geoghegan.
