She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Hannah and Molly Hannah; her children, Dayton, David Karr and Linda Steinhauer; and her granddaughter Rashelle.

She is survived by: her husband Herrold Hayes; her children, Virginia Harper (Gene) and Ronnie Karr (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Sharrie, Bryan, Tammy, Joe, Ronnie, Lucas, Scott, Michelle, Jessica and Sarah. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 6150 East Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213.
