She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Place; her son Daniel Place; her brother Louis; and her sister-in-law Barbara Foris. She is survived by: her children, Ken Place (Martha) and Lynda Place-Sams (Allen); her grandchildren, Matthew, Adam Place (Alex), Melissa and Caroline Sams; her great grandchild Abbey; and her sisters, Suzanne Gleich (Jack) and Mary Ann Hoover.
