He was predeceased by: his father Walter F. Haycook Sr.; his sister Wendy S. Howland (Haycook); and his granddaughter Dagmar Kitchen. He is survived by: his siblings, Tracy L. Traugh, Sherri Ward (Darryl), Suzie Haycook, William Haycook (Jonda) and Michael Collier; his children, Josh Kitchen (Jamie), Eva Fisher (Jason) and Elainey Stainer; and his grandchildren, Ian, Mayia, Aerianna and Delilah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
