He is survived by: his brother Bobby Palmer, Jr. (Joy); his stepmother Billie Joe Palmer; his stepbrothers, Norman and Joey Hysell; his grandparents, Barbara A. Banner and Joseph Smith; his aunts, Candy Tuff, Carol L. Thomas and Juanita A. Thomas; and his sibling's children, Deyln, De'Veon Palmer, Dey, Leana and De'Veana Palmer. He is also survived by his father, uncle, and grandmother for many years.
