He is survived by: his daughter Nicole West; his grandchildren, Heather Stauffer (Adam), Matthew Armstrong (Starla), Bryan West (Mariah), Codi West, Terry Jensen and Leah Potter; his friends, Barb Morris and Judy Layne; and his close friend Boyd Pinkerton. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; several chosen nieces and nephews.
