He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas and Nellie Grace Culp; his brothers, George Thomas Culp, Jr. and Donald Lee Culp; his son Christopher Lee Culp; and his stepdaughter Kimberly Dawn Tormaschy.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Culp; his son Adam Culp (Melanie); his granddaughter Mya Culp; and his sisters, Betty Hanson and Joyce Petrie. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
