She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Koehler and Leanna Koehler; her siblings, Lewis, Richard Koehler and Betty Koehler (Louis); and her nephew Louis J Haines (Jeff).
She is survived by: her sister Norma Custer of Pomeroy; her daughters, Kathy Dysart (Paul) and Marie Haines; her grandchildren, Troy, Tyler Haines, Abbey Harrison, Danielle Ginther, Derek and Devin Dysart; her great grandchildren, Addison, Samantha, Grayson, Skyler, Kinley, Oliver, Naomi and William; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Willis (Mary Louise), Nancy Stoltz (Mike) and Suzie Price. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Mt Carmel Hospice or the Hopewell Methodist Church, Groveport.
