He is survived by: his wife Debbie Stepp; his children, Fredrick Abrams (Demetra), Regina Junior (Timothy), Georgia, Sharneen Edwards, Wayman Eugene Stepp, Biloxi of Mississippi, Carlos William Neal, Crissy Lomax (Renshawn), Tricia and Ronnie Ray Lambert; his sister Diane Stepp; and his sibling's children, Wynette Collins and Michael Flack. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
