He is survived by: his children, Wayne E Smith, Jr. of Columbus Ohio and Marie K Peppers of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, Mark Dwayne Smith, William Timothy Smith and Sandra Poindexter (George) of Columbus Ohio; his grandchildren, Jadon Smith of Columbus, Ohio, Justis Smith of Columbus, Ohio and Julie Mehdi of Columbus, Ohio; his siblings' children, April M Smith, Robert Lewis of Columbus, Ohio, William Smith (Chanell) of Columbus, Ohio, Dashawn Hicks of Columbus, Ohio, Michael Greene of Columbus, Ohio, Darrick Harris of Columbus, Ohio, Eric Poindexter of Columbus, Ohio, Cameron Poindexter of Columbus, Ohio, Angela Jones (Poindexter) of Columbus, Ohio, Shayla Poindexter of Columbus, Ohio and O'Shanda Poindexter of Columbus, Ohio; and his close friend Rose Tabler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
