(Heather) and Gage; his grandchildren, MJ, Mikey, Corbin, Harper, Thomas, Logan, Cole, Emilee, Sammy, Maggie, Cain and Adalynn; his great grandchild Carson; his nieces, Madyson and Jessica; his great-nephews, Wyatt and Ollie; his cousin Dana Dotson; his girlfriend Lori Gersper; and his former wife Mindy Chaffin.
Visitation Monday, October 12, 2020, from 3-7 p. m., at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 West Fifth Avenue, with a PRIVATE FAMILY service on Tuesday due to COVID-19.
