He is survived by: his wife Mary Dolores; and his children, Robert (Debbie), William (Doris), Barbara Carroll Raines (Brian), Mary Humphrey, Deborah Stemen (David), Catharine Lees (Timothy), Margaret Frumkin (Adam), Dianne Carroll and Frederick (Barbara). He is also survived by two grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
