He is survived by: his significant other Donna (Musser); his children, Angela Butler (Kevin), Robin Mullins, Jenny Conners (Jerry) and William Steele Jr. (Angela); his grandchildren, Michael Moore, Brianna Hunt, Brittany George, Matthew Butler, Jacob Little, Annie Steele and Christian Steele; and his siblings, Robert C. Steele, Rita R. Staten, Karen S. Monroe, Gary N. Steele and Virginia "Pam" Crabtree. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
