He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Thomas, William Thomas, Jr. (Marie), Viola Porter, Patricia Thomas and Robert Thomas; and his close friends, Otis Solomon and Alonzo Rice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
