William Owen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Owen (Columbus, Ohio), born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 16, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Van Brocklin Owen, Sr. and Louise Katherine Werle Owen; his son David Stuart Owen; his stepson Gregory Rager; and his siblings, Betty Louise Owen, Dick (Sara Owen), Jim (Phyllis Owen) and Jane (Dan Lane).
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Rager Owen; his daughters, Ann North and Susan Owen; and his grandchildren, Mark North, David North and Jacqueline Outka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
