He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Baker and Margaret Baker; his daughter Myra; and his wife Vivian. He is survived by: his brothers, Claude Douglas (Neva) of Waldo, AR and Paul David (Theresa) of Haughton, LA; his children, Curtis of Columbus, Dr. John (Sandra) of Floyd, Ellen (Peter) of Columbus and Justin (Deborah); and his grandchildren, Samuel, Olivia, Ashley and Andrew.
