He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon A. McMillen and Barbara McMillen (Resor). He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his siblings, Sue Knight (Dan) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Kent McMillen (Linda Prill) of Van Wert; and his siblings' children, Erin McMillen, Rhonda Perry, Melissa Friemoth, Theresa Thompson, Angela Parker, Shelley Kohagen, Greg DeCamp and Tim Winans. He is also survived by son-in-law and three grandchildren.
