He was predeceased by: his parents, Windsor C. Ramsey and Pauline Ramsey; and his siblings, Nancy and Gary. He is survived by: his children, Windsor C. Ramsey III (Tonja) and Wanda R. Ramsey; the mother of his children Ollie J. Ramsey; his siblings, Carolyn Johnson and Rick Ramsey; his grandchildren, Brandyn Ramsey, Alexus Ramsey, Yashae Ramsey, Keeshawn Ramsey, Joe Moore II, Erion, Braelyn and Jay; and his close friends, Lorena Medina Gonzalez, Roz Ramsey and Rudy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
