He is survived by: his wife Ella Shitsevalova; his daughters, Alla Ludden and Yelena Ashkinazi (Alex Khvalsky); his brother Alex Ashkinazi (Mila); his grandchildren, Brendon, David, Isabelle Ludden, Jacob and Anna Khvalsky; his niece Irma Ashkinazi (Sergey Kamyshnikov); his great-nieces, Vivienne, Nicole and Michelle; and his cousin Arkadiy Gips (Marina).
