She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Arp and Ethel Arp (Clark); and her siblings, Richard Arp, Lee Arp and Barbara Madonna.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Usher; her children, Jeffrey Usher (Pam Zdravecky) of Hampton, Virginia, L. Neil Usher (Darleen) of Dallas, Georgia, Melissa Gamble (David) of Watertown, Massachusetts and Kristine Saylor (Scott) of Midlothian, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Eric Tansmore, Victoria Steele (Usher), Alexa Usher, Olivia Usher, Brooke Saylor, Jacob Saylor and Elle Gamble; and her great grandchild Zander Steele.
